Scorpion sits between Spider and Yukon: like Spider you build complete King-to-Ace runs in a single suit, and like Yukon you may grab any face-up card along with everything stacked on it, sequence or not. There are no foundations to feed — finished suits clear themselves off the board the moment they line up.

How to play Scorpion Solitaire

Forty-nine cards are dealt into seven columns of seven. The bottom three cards of columns 1 to 4 stay face down; the last three columns are all face up.
Build down by suit — the 9 of hearts goes on the 10 of hearts, and nothing else will do.
Grab any face-up card and every card above it, then drop the group where its bottom card matches the next rank up in that suit.
Only a King — or a group led by a King — may start an empty column.
When a full King-to-Ace run of one suit is assembled in a column, it clears itself away. Clear all four suits to win.
When no move is possible, deal the three reserve cards once, one onto each of the first three columns.

Controls

Tap a face-up card to lift it and the cards above it, then tap the column it should join. Tap the same column again to put it back. The reserve is dealt from its own button.

Tips & strategy

Uncovering the twelve hidden cards in the first four columns is the early game. Almost every other move is a detour until they are free.
An Ace at the base of a column is a trap — nothing can ever land on it. Push Aces toward the top of your runs.
Save the reserve. The three tail cards only come out when you are genuinely stuck, and once dealt there is no second chance.
Do not empty a column unless you have a King ready. An empty column with nothing to fill it is simply lost space.
Concentrate on the suit closest to done. Scorpion is hard enough without splitting your effort across four suits at once.
